一、采购项目说明

I. Procurement Information

为保障PT General Energy Bali生产经营物资的及时供应，并确保采购工作的公开、公平、公正，现就本项目相关物资开展公开询价采购，诚邀符合要求的供应商参与报价。

To ensure the timely supply of materials required for the production and operations of PT General Energy Bali, and to uphold the principles of openness, fairness, and transparency in procurement, PT General Energy Bali hereby conducts an open Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the materials under this procurement project and invites qualified suppliers to participate.

本项目相关采购通知、询价文件、技术规范及其他采购资料均可在本采购信息页面下载。请供应商认真阅读并按照采购文件的要求准备响应文件。

The procurement notice, RFQ documents, technical specifications, and other relevant procurement documents for this project are available for download on this procurement webpage. Suppliers are requested to carefully review all relevant documents and prepare their response documents in accordance with the requirements set forth therein.

供应商完成采购文件阅读及报价文件编制后，可通过本采购页面提交项目响应信息，并按照页面要求上传相关响应文件。

After reviewing the procurement documents and preparing the quotation documents, suppliers may submit their response information through this procurement webpage and upload the relevant response documents as required on the webpage.

供应商应确保所填写的响应信息及上传的文件真实、完整、准确，并符合采购文件的相关要求。

Suppliers shall ensure that all response information provided and documents uploaded are true, complete, accurate, and in compliance with the requirements of the procurement documents.

如采购文件另有明确要求的，供应商应同时按照采购文件规定的方式和要求提交相关文件。

Where the procurement documents specify additional submission methods or requirements, suppliers shall also submit the relevant documents in accordance with such requirements.

四、报价截止时间

报价截止时间：2026年9月23日15:00（印尼中部时间/WITA）

Quotation Deadline: 15:00 (WITA), September 23, 2026

逾期提交的响应信息或响应文件将不予受理，请供应商合理安排文件编制及提交时间。

Response information or documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Suppliers are advised to allow sufficient time for the preparation and submission of their response documents.
